Website information
The information on this website describes our services in general terms. We keep it accurate and up to date, but availability, prices and service details can change, and nothing on the website is an offer to carry a particular load.
Quotations
Sending a quote request does not create a contract. A quotation from us is based on the details you give and is subject to confirmation, availability, the container’s release, the route and any agreed written terms. If the details change, for example the weight, size or date, the price may change and we will say so before the job.
Haulage
We collect containers from Felixstowe, London Gateway, Tilbury, Purfleet, Southampton and Liverpool, and deliver within Great Britain. Haulage is carried out under the conditions agreed for each booking. Our freight liability cover, and the conditions it is written under, are set out under licences and cover.
Liability for the website
We are not responsible for website downtime, typographical errors, the content of other websites we link to, or indirect losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
