Jagelo Haulage Limited (company number 11946456) is responsible for the personal information you send us through jhaulage.co.uk. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you ask for a price, we collect the freight details you enter (collection port, delivery postcode, container size and number, date, and the gross weight and UN number if you give them) and your contact details: name, company, email address and phone number, plus anything you add in the message box. We also record the page the request was sent from.
How we use it
- To price the job you asked about and reply to you.
- To arrange and carry out container haulage you book with us.
- To keep records of enquiries and bookings for operational, legal and accounting purposes.
We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell them.
Who else sees it
We share operational details, such as the container and the delivery address, with a partner haulier only when one carries your load. The quote form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a request comes from a person rather than an automated script. Our website and email providers process data on our behalf to run those services.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and quotation records only for as long as we need them for business, operational, legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. Call 01473 851924 or write to us at the address below. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
