What happens next

You send the containerThe freight first, then who you are. Nothing is booked until you confirm.
We price it the same working dayBy email, or a call if that is quicker. If something about the box changes the price, we say so when we quote.
We book against release and free timeOnce you confirm, the collection is booked against the container’s release and your free time. If a slot is tight, you hear it from us first.

Heavy or hazardous

Tick the box on the form, because both change the vehicle. For an overweight box we need the gross weight. For hazardous cargo, send the UN number and class and we confirm whether we can take it before we quote.

If the collection is urgent, or the box is near the end of its free time, a call is quicker than the form.
